Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on modrichhome.com. By placing an order with Modrich Home, you agree to the delivery terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is collected by our delivery partner.

2. Domestic Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following domestic delivery options at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery — estimated 3–5 business days: Free on orders over $75, otherwise $5.99
  • Express Delivery — estimated 1–2 business days: $10.99

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery within stated timeframes during peak periods such as public holidays, sale events, or promotional periods.

3. Large Item Delivery

Certain larger or heavier items in the Modrich Home range (such as cookware sets and multi-piece bundles) may be subject to an additional delivery charge, which will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment. Large item deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. International delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–14 business days from dispatch, subject to customs processing. Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Modrich Home cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at [email protected] as quickly as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

7. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification and may hold the parcel at a local collection point. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — which may incur an additional charge — or to process a refund for the items, less the original shipping cost.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

9. Gift Packaging

Gift packaging is available at checkout for an additional charge. Orders with gift packaging are presented in a Modrich Home gift box with tissue paper and a handwritten card with your personalised message. Gift-packaged orders may require an additional 1 business day for preparation.

10. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing it. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
