We want every Modrich Home purchase to be exactly right for your home. If something is not, we are committed to making the returns and refund process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please read this policy before completing any purchase.
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been used, washed, assembled (where applicable), or had their original packaging opened and discarded may not be eligible for a full refund, except where the item is faulty.
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or materially different from their description: items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase; personalised or custom-ordered items; and any item where hygienic seals have been broken after delivery (for example, mattress protectors or pillow protectors once opened).
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
To start a return, email [email protected] with the subject line ‘Return Request — [Your Order Number]’, your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for returning it. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unapproved returns may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you confirming receipt and the outcome of our inspection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, colour, or product subject to availability. Email [email protected] with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit. For faulty or incorrectly sent items, Modrich Home will cover return shipping costs in full.
